REQUIREMENTS
- Arrive at office on time with great attitude and in uniform
- Load and maintain supplies in company vehicle
- Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and report any issues to management
- Greet customers with happy, positive attitude and explain or answer any questions they have
- Safely bring equipment/product supplies into customer home and use appropriately
- Execute ecomaids 64-Point Cleaning Checklist as trained in each customer's home/apartment
- Convey any unusual findings about customer's home to the Team Leader
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are removed from customer's home and loaded into vehicle safely
- Engage in "Ground Game" activities such as flyers and door hangers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Paid training if no experience
- Strong work ethic and proven reliability
- Eye for cleaning details and ability to organize tasks efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal skills with customers, team members and leadership
- Safely and cost effectively use cleaning products to achieve desired result
- Comfortable and discreet in customer homes
- Must pass a background check
- Must have an open mind and be willing to embrace a different company culture
- Vaping outside of public view only while on breaks, no cigarette smoking
