As an Enterprise Solutions Architect specializing in Integrations Solutions, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and robust integration solutions for our enterprise clients. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, evaluating existing systems, and architecting solutions that seamlessly integrate disparate systems and technologies to optimize business processes and enhance organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

  • IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Expertise: Demonstrate an advanced understanding of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and provide effective team management to optimize its capabilities.
  • EDI Proficiency: Possess deep knowledge of EDI standards, particularly X12 and EDIFACT, and oversee successful implementation across various projects.
  • API, RestAPI, and WebService Mastery: Exhibit a strong grasp of API, RestAPI, and Webservice technologies, leading the implementation of integrations with third-party systems.
  • ERP Process Automation: Lead the automation of Order-to-Cash and Procurement-to-Pay processes within ERP systems, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their integration needs, analyze existing systems, and design comprehensive integration solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams throughout the solution lifecycle, from initial planning and design to implementation and post-deployment support.
  • Integration Strategy: Develop integration strategies and roadmaps that outline the approach, technologies, and best practices for achieving seamless integration across various enterprise systems and applications.
  • Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to recommend the most suitable solutions for integration challenges, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prototyping and Proof of Concept: Create prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations to validate design concepts, demonstrate feasibility, and mitigate risks before full-scale implementation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors, to gather requirements, define integration interfaces, and ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, integration patterns, architecture diagrams, and implementation guidelines, to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure consistency across the integration ecosystem.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize integration processes, enhance system performance, and address evolving business needs and technological advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience 10 years in enterprise-level solution architecture, with a focus on designing and implementing integration solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of integration technologies and standards, such as APIs, ETL/ELT, SOA, REST, SOAP, messaging queues, and event-driven architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with integration middleware platforms (e.g., IBM Sterling Integrator, MuleSoft, Boomi, Apache Kafka) and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, along with experience with relevant frameworks and libraries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
