You’ll play a central role in keeping our national operations running smoothly — leading our service team, coordinating logistics, managing inventory, and supporting customer needs. What You’ll Do Daily Operations * Lead and support our national service team * Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and logistics * Manage customer requests and coordinate service responses * Maintain inventory levels, purchasing, and vendor relationships * Partner with production, fulfillment, and sales to ensure smooth cross-department collaboration * Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements across operations Continuous Improvement * Analyze workflows and develop systems that scale * Implement new tools or technology to increase efficiency * Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and innovation ------------------------------- What You Bring Basic Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience * 2 years in management or team leadership * 2 years in operations, logistics, customer service, or technical field support * Proficiency in G Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and comfort with new tech systems * Strong communication and organizational skills * Problem-solving mindset with a calm approach under pressure * Self-starter attitude — reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented * Collaborative “team player” who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty Preferred Qualifications * Passion for sustainability and clean technology * Bilingual (English/Spanish) * Experience in trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, low-voltage, or solar * Experience with CRMs, ERPs, or workflow automation systems * Entrepreneurial or startup experience; thrives in dynamic, growing environments ------------------------------- Compensation & Benefits * Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with experience) * Performance Review: after 6 months * Bonus: based on Operations P&L performance * Healthcare: available after 90 days * Equity: access to company ESOP stock option plan * Cell phone plan included ------------------------------- How to Apply Please send your resume and cover letter outlining why you’re excited about joining EcoLogic Solutions.
