Requirements

- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for transportation between job sites
- Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during inspections and treatments
- Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly to clients and team members
- Willingness to learn about pest management techniques and sustainable land maintenance practices
- Ability to follow safety guidelines meticulously when handling chemicals or operating machinery
- Must have reliable transportation
