Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitation of various surfaces in residential and commercial settings
- Handle laundry, linen changes, and bed-making in hospitality or residential environments
- Conduct floor care procedures such as carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and buffing to maintain a polished appearance
- Manage janitorial responsibilities including waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies
- Execute outdoor cleaning duties like sweeping walkways, clearing debris, and maintaining outdoor areas when required
- Use manual handling techniques to lift heavy furniture or equipment safely during deep cleaning projects
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping management
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation standards and floor care procedures
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within scheduled windows
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience with laundry services and carpet cleaning is preferred
- Familiarity with custodial practices in hotel or institutional settings is a plus
