Planning Specialist II
Summary: The main function of the purchasing/ planning specialist is to provide data and analytical support to the planning team. This position will be responsible for utilizing SAP and Excel to create vendor forecasts, compiling data to understand supply gaps, working with vendors and planners to ensure orders are confirmed, and conduct ad hoc analysis to support informed decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain vendor forecasts using SAP and Excel
· Compile and analyze data to identify and quantify potential supply gaps
· Monitor open orders and proactively follow up on confirmations, changes, or delays
· Support resolution of supply constraints by coordinating across procurement, planning, and supplier partners
· Conduct ad hoc analyses to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
· Support invoice analysis and resolution
Skills:
· Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail
· Experience with MS Office, strong MS Excel skills necessary
· Ability to analyze supply plans and clearly articulate gaps
· SAP experience preferred
Education/Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in business field
· 1-2 years planning or procurement experience required

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $16.71-$21.71/hr USD.
