Executive Driver

Our Protective Services team is looking for a Protective Services Driver Specialist with advanced driving expertise, strong situational awareness, and a commitment to delivering white-glove service. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, secure, and professional transportation of Ecolab executives and VIPs. The ideal candidate will be highly trained in executive protection, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate discretion and professionalism in all interactions.

What You Will Do

Provide Safe and Secure Transportation

• Operate company vehicles to transport executives safely and securely.
• Commitment to prompt and reliable scheduling and coordination.
• Provide an exceptional “white glove” experience for our executives.
• Employ defensive and evasive driving techniques to mitigate risks.
  
  

Advance Route Planning and Risk Assessment

• Conduct pre-trip reconnaissance and risk assessments.
• Identify potential threats, traffic hazards, and vulnerabilities.
• Select primary and alternate routes based on real-time conditions.
  
  

Vehicle Maintenance and Security

• Perform regular vehicle inspections and ensure safety equipment functionality.
• Secure vehicles when not in use to prevent theft or sabotage.
  
  

Crisis Response and Emergency Protocols

• Respond to emergencies including accidents, medical incidents, and security threats.
• Execute emergency evacuation plans and provide first aid when needed.
• Maintain proficiency in emergency response techniques.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 8 Years of experience as an executive driver or general experience within Law Enforcement
• Valid class D or higher MN driver’s license with a clean driving record for at least 5 years.
• Proficiency in secure transportation, tactical operations, and route planning.
• Strong situational awareness.
• Physical fitness to handle long hours and potential confrontations.
• 20/20 vision (corrected or uncorrected) and good hearing.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with principals and security teams.
• Secure communication skills and real-time situational reporting.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of a recognized executive protection training program or willingness to attend the training.
• Successful completion of a professional driving course (defensive, evasive, off-road) or willingness to attend the training.
  
  

Annual Or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $53,900.00 - $80,900.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
