EcoGuard Pest Management, a leader in providing eco-friendly pest control solutions, is seeking a reliable and skilled General Pest Technician to join our team in Mt. Juliet, TN. If you’re licensed in Category 7 and passionate about delivering exceptional service, we’d love to have you on board!
What You’ll Do:
- Perform general pest control services, including inspections, treatments, and follow-up services for residential and commercial properties.
- Address rodent infestations and perform rodent exclusion work (preferred but not required).
- Conduct wood-destroying organism (WDO) inspections and treatments (preferred but not required).
- Identify pest problems and recommend effective solutions using eco-friendly methods and products.
- Maintain detailed service records and ensure compliance with all state and company regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients about the work being performed and educating them on pest prevention tips.
What We’re Looking For:
- Category 7 certification (Required).
- Experience in rodent exclusion and/or WDO inspections and treatments is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including climbing, crawling, and working in various environmental conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
