Experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least one (1) year of experience providing executive level administrative support.
- Experience in working with and scheduling web-based and face to face meeting preparation, meeting coordination, preparation of scientific minutes, creation of PowerPoint presentations, scheduling travel, maintaining an executive’s calendar. Proficiency in MS Word, Power Point and Excel required.
- Experience with medical terminology preferred.
- Limited travel may be required.
- A Bachelor’s or Associate's degree preferred from an accredited college or university. Will consider candidates with administrative work experience.
- Maintains Deputy Executive Director’s calendars; schedule and confirm appointments
- Prepares agendas and material necessary for meetings
- Schedules calls, distribute outlook invitations, coordinate webcast meetings
- Prepares and distributes meeting minutes
- Prepares PowerPoint slides
- Coordinates and schedules travel arrangements
- Prepares expense reports
- Drafts and composes routine correspondence
- Handles administrative projects for the assigned functions
- Prepares miscellaneous reports and correspondence
- Prepares mailing and shipping labels
- Prepares and maintains files for assigned functions
- Provides administrative support to staff of other EAMRF functions, as directed by Deputy Executive Director
- Assists in preparation and attendance at key meetings
- Participates in activities associated with follow-up with contacts from key meetings
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned
