The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and growing key relationships within large residential accounts for Ecoflow.

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with key account BD teams to develop and execute account management plans, ensuring client needs are addressed promptly.
2. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, building long-term and stable partnerships.
3. Organise client meetings with clear objectives and efficient agendas, and ensure timely follow-up on meeting outcomes.
4. Track client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of support and solutions.
5. Oversee the order process and contract management, ensuring timely execution and resolution of issues during implementation.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to keep projects on schedule, adjust resources and strategies as needed, and ensure smooth project completion.
7. Collect client feedback and continuously optimise account management and service processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
8. Drive business growth and expansion of key accounts in line with the company’s goals and strategies.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in key account management or related fields.
2. Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
3. Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple client projects efficiently and achieving results.
4. Highly proactive and execution-oriented, with the ability to respond quickly to client needs and drive team performance.
5. Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, able to distil key insights from complex information and develop effective action plans.
6. Strong organisational ability to manage meetings, client requests, and project progress effectively, ensuring process completion.
7. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in business communication and documentation.
