This is a full-time, on-site role located in Merrillville, IN, for an HVAC Installer. The HVAC Installer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems following quality standards and safety protocols. Key tasks include performing equipment inspections, troubleshooting system issues, conducting preventative maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to company policies and regulations. - Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systems
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently
- Knowledge of EPA standards and certification to ensure compliance with regulations
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction and ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Physical ability to work in various environments and perform manual labor as required
- Previous HVAC installation experience and familiarity with small commercial and residential properties
- Possession of valid licensing or certifications is a plus
