Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated and customer service oriented Sales Specialist. Our team is close-knit, hardworking and supportive. A good candidate for this role will be comfortable with both fast-paced action serving our customers, and slower paced times working on lead generation and skill building. This is an exciting opportunity for energetic professionals who thrive on challenge, enjoy engaging with diverse clients, and excel in a competitive sales setting. Compensation is hourly with potential for performance based commission/bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, text, email, social media, and 3rd party tools to generate and capture leads
  • Book appointments for sales, service, body shop, and rentals customers using our CRM
  • Answer basic product and availability questions
  • May be asked to perform follow up experience surveys, proactive outreach/cold calls, mystery shopping competing businesses
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales records
  • Offer additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, maintaining professional etiquette, and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Maintain dealership spaces to ensure a cleanly and welcoming environment

Requirements

  • 6 months of customer service, food service, or similar customer facing role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willing to learn and grow by proactively approaching training and feedback from managers
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid drivers license with favorable motor vehicle record
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

  • Proven experience in automotive and/or Business Development environments with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with dealership operations including inventory management and sales support processes
  • Experience with CRM software platforms used for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
  • Multilingual or bilingual with English, French, or Spanish
  • Knowledge of outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and marketing strategies to attract new clients
  • Demonstrated organizational and/or time management skills necessary for managing multiple prospects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
