Role Description
The Personal Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in League City, TX. Responsibilities include providing administrative and executive support, managing daily schedules and appointments, organizing events, and handling clerical tasks to ensure seamless operations. The role also requires effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in Communication and Diary Management

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
