Eco Auto is rapidly expanding and building a national franchise in green-used vehicles. We are searching for a dynamic, energetic, disciplined General Manager who can take full operational control of the dealership and lead a high-performance team.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in fixed ops (service, parts, recon)
- Deep used car operations knowledge: acquisitions, appraisals, pricing, wholesale
- Experience driving fast inventory turns and front-line readiness
- Ability to build structure, process, and accountability across all departments
- Strong sales management background
- History of turning around or rebuilding underperforming dealerships
- Ability to run full dealership operations (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
- Demonstrated ability to lead with clarity, consistency, and results
- Dealertrack experience is required
Primary Responsibilities
- Take full command of all dealership operations: Sales, Service, Parts, Recon, Inventory
- Build and lead a high-performance team with clear accountability standards
- Oversee acquisitions and ensure daily buy targets are met
- Enforce strict recon discipline with a 48-hour turnaround
- Manage inventory from acquisition to front-line readiness with detailed oversight
- Improve merchandising, pricing strategy, and lot organization
- Reduce aged inventory and improve turn velocity
- Lead daily huddles, sales meetings, and KPI-driven performance reviews
- Manage P&L, forecasting, budgets, and financial performance
- Build processes that allow ownership to step out of day-to-day operations
- Provide weekly operational and financial updates to ownership
- Help build the operational model that will be replicated across franchise locations

Compensation
- Base salary: $120,000–$200k
- Performance bonuses for exceeding the expectations
- No income limit based on performance

Schedule
Full-time On-site Leadership hours required, including weekends.
