EcoWater is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Specialist to support our sales and operations teams by processing customer credit applications and coordinating financing approvals. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth, timely experience for customers while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Process and review customer credit applications
- Verify personal and financial information for completeness and accuracy
- Submit applications to financing partners and track approval status
- Communicate decisions and next steps to sales and office staff
- Request and follow up on additional documentation when needed
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all lending and data standards
- Support same-day approvals to keep installs and scheduling on track
Qualifications
- Previous experience in financing, credit processing, loan processing, or underwriting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic computer and CRM experience
