Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, hotels, or commercial facilities, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring proper hygiene practices are followed
- Conduct specialized floor care such as carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and other maintenance tasks to preserve flooring quality
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
Experience
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right motivated candidate
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment such as floor buffers or carpet extractors is advantageous
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
