What You’ll Do

No two days are exactly alike. Your responsibilities may include:

* Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service

* Making smoothies, açaí bowls, and other fresh food items

* Introducing customers to new products and encouraging them to try samples

* Operating the cash register

* Opening or closing the store

* Washing dishes and maintaining a clean work area

* Sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and keeping the entire store spotless

* Stocking shelves and bulk bins

* Organizing merchandise and improving displays

* Cutting and preparing fresh fruit

* Lifting boxes and putting away deliveries

* Completing special projects and helping wherever needed

Experience That Is Helpful

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

* Restaurant or food service

* Coffee shops or smoothie bars

* Grocery stores

* Retail

* Customer service

Restaurant experience is especially valuable because our team often moves between helping customers, preparing food, cleaning, stocking, and multitasking throughout the day.

Schedule

We currently have:

* 2 Full-Time Positions

* 1 Part-Time Position

Typical shifts:

Opening Shift: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Closing Shift: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekend availability is preferred.

Pay & Benefits

Estimated Earnings: $15.00–$17.50 per hour (including tips)

* Starting base pay is $14.00/hour

* Employees also participate in shared team tips, typically earning an additional $200–$600 per month, depending on hours worked and the season.
