We are looking for an HVAC Technician to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with modern HVAC equipment and controls
- Experience with energy-efficient systems (heat pumps, VRF, etc.)
- Knowledge of electrical systems and controls
- Familiarity with building automation systems
- Blueprint reading and system design understanding
Exceptional Compensation Package*
- Base salary: $156,000 annually ($3,000/week)
- Performance-based bonuses (quarterly)
