How You'll Perform The Role

Summary of Position

The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for backing up the Pricing Manger with pricing models and all pricing requests. This position will also be in charge of true profitability by customer through updating the PM. This function acts as the analytical engine of the Company to provide insights and support business decision making. Success in this position depends on being able to interpret data and draw conclusions, not just compile numbers.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 Annually

Reports To: Pricing Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of D&A process program performance. Actual to PM.
• Full knowledge and backup for pricing models for National Accounts/ FSM.
• Work with the sales team to help bring down D&A and reduce redundant programs
• Assist in the yearly budget process as well as Sale Reps budgets
• Run the RFP process which include managing timeline and collecting all required materials for submittal of the RFP.
• Calculation of Month End EBITDA by Rep and by Channel.
• Assist with special financial and business-related studies and cooperates with other departments in preparing analyses.
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of pricing and programs.
• Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and dashboard reports.
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to senior management.
• Support Senior Pricing Manager with pricing analysis projects.
  
  
  

What We Need From You

Qualifications: Experience, Competencies and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and two to five years related experience.
• Well organized and self-directed individual who is able to make decisions independently and a team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with management, and internal and external customers.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills required.
• Exemplary analytical skills with the ability to accumulate, organize and assimilate large amounts of information.
• Advanced computer skills emphasizing MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and ERP reporting systems (preferably NetSuite).
• Strong inclination towards sustainability in business and personal environments.
