- Install Like a Pro: Complete residential HVAC installations with precision, following our proven install process to deliver consistent, top-tier results.
- Work as One Team: Partner closely with a Lead Installer to meet—and exceed—performance goals while keeping jobs on schedule and customers happy.
- Deliver Five-Star Quality: Provide clean, professional, and high-quality workmanship that reflects pride in your craft.
- Grow Your Skills: Participate in ongoing training, department updates, and company meetings to sharpen your technical and professional skills.
- Stay Hands-On: Perform physical work confidently in a variety of environments and weather conditions.
- A strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude and adaptability.
- Natural leadership skills and the drive to take ownership of your work.
- Clear communication skills and comfort learning iPad-based software.
- A team-first mindset—you shine individually but win together.
- Mechanical aptitude and a genuine desire to keep leveling up your technical skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and using scaffolding with proper safety equipment.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind) while wearing required PPE.
- Effective communication in English.
- Required PPE includes hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, masks/respirators, hi-vis vests, gloves, and safety-toe boots.
