What You'll Do
- Install sewer, water, and drainage pipes following company procedures.
- Work with laborers to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles.
- Safely operate tools, equipment, and shoring boards in all conditions.
- Continuously develop skills, including sewer codes, water service, and drainage systems.
- Handle and maneuver pipe while monitoring potential hazards.
What You’ll Bring
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Confident behind the wheel and ready to maneuver a dump truck and is also eager to master pulling a trailer up to 22 ft.
- Physically strong and able to lift up to 100 lbs like a pro.
- Experience with (or eagerness to learn) shoring board installation and safe excavation practices.
- Highly organized with a knack for keeping tools, materials, and job sites running smoothly.
- A clear, upbeat communicator who’s comfortable learning and using iPad software to stay efficient and connected.
