What are the responsibilities and job description for the Small Equipment Operator position at Eco Mulch and Sod?
Full time, 40 hours per week. Some overtime required. Hours will vary, M-F 7-5:30 Saturday 7:00-3:30
Applicants must be a team player. This position requires heavy interaction with customers so candidate must have good customer service skills. Very FAST paced atmosphere.
Must have at least 2 years of experience; Must be able to follow directions and be self motivated. Clean cut appearance. Must be able to pass a drug test.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Pre-tripping equipment, forklifts and bobcats
- Loading and unloading of freight trucks- Sod, Rock and Mulch
- Loading and unloading of customer vehicles and trailers
- Manually loading customers with sod pieces and rock pieces by hand (must be able to lift 50 lbs)
- Keep the lot clean of trash, pallets, etc.
- Assist in inventory of materials
- End of day duties including trash, gates, equipment and lot clean up
