Job Type: Seasonal (Now – October)
Location: Based out of Heber, UT (servicing Utah, Salt Lake, Wasatch, and Summit Counties)
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 / hour Performance Bonuses
Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) | No Weekends!
Duration: Immediate hire through October (with opportunity to return in March)

What You’ll Do (No Experience Needed!)
? No problem. We provide full paid training. In this role, you will learn professional lawn care application while managing your daily route:
- Safely drive and maintain your assigned company truck and gear.
- Learn and perform professional lawn applications: fertilization, weed control, pest control, and disease management.
- Take and pass the Utah State Pesticide Applicator License online exam (we step-by-step walk you through the prep and cover 100% of testing fees).
- Communicate politely and professionally with residential clients regarding services performed.
- Keep your truck, tools, and client job sites clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Availability: Available to work seasonal hours starting immediately through October, with the opportunity to return for the spring season in March.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Licensing: Willingness to obtain a Utah State Pesticide Applicator License.
- Note: This involves an online test. No prior experience is needed—we step-by-step walk you through the study materials and testing process, and we cover all fees!
- Transportation: Reliable vehicle to report to our shop in Heber, UT daily.
- Tech: Smartphone capable of running our field management software throughout the day.
- Physical: Ability to work outdoors and lift/carry equipment and materials as needed.
- Attitude: A positive mindset, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
