ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls and emails from customers regarding HVAC inquiries and issues
• Schedule inbound appointments for customers with our technicians
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
• Maintain and update customer database with relevant information
• Outbound Calling and scheduling leads for our sales and service team members
Perform any other duty that may be directed by management.
