- State of Washington 01 Journeyman Plumber License (required)
- Commercial plumbing experience required
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Physically able to lift heavy objects and work in varied job-site conditions
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and code requirements
- Culture fit is a must: hungry, humble, and smart
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job plans
- Ensure all work complies with local and state plumbing codes
- Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other trades on job sites
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
- Accurately complete job documentation and required paperwork
- Participate in training opportunities for ongoing professional development
