We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Account Manager to expand our sales pipeline, grow our customer base, and manage both new and existing client relationships.
In this pivotal role, you will lead business development initiatives, drive revenue growth, and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. Your ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and deliver tailored solutions will have a direct and measurable impact on the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our B2B customer base across construction, commercial, industrial, and related sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, warm calling, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
- Present customized dumpster and compactor rental solutions that clearly communicate value, pricing, service schedules, and environmental benefits.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies, improve lead generation, and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms).
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, resolving issues proactively and strengthening long-term partnerships.
- Provide leadership within the sales function by sharing best practices, supporting team growth, and contributing to a collaborative sales culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in dumpster rental, compactor rental, waste management, construction services, logistics, or other service-based industries.
- Strong experience in business development, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
- Demonstrated account management skills with a focus on long-term client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the ability to balance profitability and customer trust.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce (or similar) for pipeline management and reporting.
- Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation—with the ability to clearly articulate value-driven solutions.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Prior leadership or mentoring experience is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of marketing and sales enablement principles is an advantage.
