Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common rooms.
- Execute detailed floor care procedures such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain pristine conditions.
- Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
- Apply proper sanitation techniques to ensure all areas meet health standards and client expectations.
- Use janitorial equipment and cleaning products safely and effectively to achieve optimal results.
- Provide friendly customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process.
- Maintain cleanliness of all tools and supplies, restock materials as needed, and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial work is highly desirable; hotel housekeeping experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and janitorial procedures enhances your ability to deliver top-tier service.
- Skills in carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and laundry are essential for this role’s success.
- Experience with housekeeper management or supervisory roles can be beneficial but is not required.
