My Sister's Closet has been a trusted name in luxury consignment since 1991. We offer a curated selection of designer clothing, handbags, shoes, and accessories, providing consignors a way to earn extra cash and shoppers the opportunity to find high-end fashion at exceptional prices.

In 2001, we expanded our offerings with Well Suited for Men, specializing in luxury men's clothing, shoes, and accessories. Later, we introduced My Sister's Attic, where you can discover fine interior and exterior furniture, home decor, and art.

As our Team Lead, you will be responsible for motivating team members to ensure an excellent customer experience and drive customer retention.  You will work closely with the Store Manager and Team Manager to determine the best methods and strategies to meet store sales goals.  You will also be responsible for training new employees, team coaching, motivate team players to meet their daily goals.

This is a full time position

Wage is based on experience

We Offer Rate Eligible Commissions

Responsibilities:

• Inspire team to achieve their goals with positive outlook and energy.
• Maintain open communication with team members, providing updates and asking for feedback.
• Identify and resolving issues between team members, customers and consignors.
• Make sure team members stay on track.
• Monitor team performance.
• Keep communication open with Store Manager and Team Manager.
• Team member training.
• Team Member coaching.
• Ensure team is adhering to company polices and procedures which includes health and safety practices.

SKILLS: 

• Retail experience is required, luxury retail is preferred.
• Prior Team Lead or Supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of luxury designer labels a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Basic computer skills.
• Weekend shifts are required
• Always be available to work in all areas of the store where needed.

This position required standing for long periods of time, bending, stretching, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 30lbs.

Hourly DOE: We offer competitive pay plus potential for commissions and bonuses for those that are eligible.  Benefits for full time employees include co-paid medical insurance, voluntary life, dental, critical care, accident, vision and pet care benefits.  Eco Chic offers 401(k) with company match to full and part time employees who meet the criteria to enroll.  We also offer paid vacation for eligible full time employees.  Part time employees are eligible for pet care benefits.
