What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pressure Washing Technician position at Eco-Care Exterior Cleaning Inc?
```Duties```
- Operate pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces such as buildings, sidewalks, and vehicles
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment
- Inspect and maintain pressure washing equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Identify and address any issues or malfunctions with the equipment
- Prepare surfaces for pressure washing by removing debris and applying cleaning solutions if necessary
- Adjust pressure settings and nozzles based on the surface being cleaned
- Complete assigned tasks within specified time frames
```Skills```
- Experience operating pressure washing equipment preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of different cleaning solutions and their appropriate use
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify areas that require additional cleaning or attention
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
-Leadership skills a plus
-You must be willing to work overnight hours. WE ONLY WORK OVER NIGHT HOURS
-You will be out of town for 10 to 14 days at a time with a break of 3 to 5 days in between.
-You will be working in Washington, Oregon, California, Montana, and Idaho.
-We provide a $50.00 per diem (per night) while working out of town.
