Store Manager

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Store Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our retail location. In this role, you will oversee daily store activities, manage staff, optimize sales performance, and uphold high standards of customer service. Your leadership will be vital in fostering a positive environment that drives growth and customer loyalty.

• Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to achieve their full potential
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities
• Manage daily store operations including cash handling, POS transactions, and store cleanliness
• Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Monitor sales performance, set targets, and develop action plans to meet or exceed goals
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and health regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction

• Strong management and leadership abilities with supervisory experience in retail or service environments
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual skills are a plus
• Proficient in inventory control systems, POS technology, and retail math principles
• Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, budgeting, and sales management techniques
• Demonstrated ability in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development
• Knowledge of cashiering procedures, cash handling protocols, and bookkeeping practices
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on time management and multitasking
• Experience with marketing initiatives, merchandising strategies, and store promotion efforts
• Ability to supervise shift operations effectively while maintaining high customer service standards
• Familiarity with wireless sales environments or grocery store operations is advantageous
