This is a hands-on execution role that blends administration, operations, and creativitiy.
We are not looking for someone who only wants to sit in meetings, manage strategy, build a personal brand, or sit in the office watching the days go by.
We are looking for a doer.
You should enjoy rolling up your sleeves, staying active, handling details, solving problems, and completing whatever reasonable task helps the CEO, executive team, and business move forward.
One part of your day may involve preparing a PowerPoint presentation or researching information for an important business meeting. Another part may involve making copies, assembling customer documents, picking up a title, delivering paperwork, retrieving vehicle parts, coordinating a meeting, or following up until someone completes an assignment.
You may also help coordinate social media by organizing content shoots, capturing basic footage, making sure the marketing team receives the necessary assets, confirming content is produced and published, and helping respond to engagement.
The variety is part of the opportunity.
This role is for someone who gets satisfaction from being useful, staying productive, and seeing assignments completed.

What the Work Actually Looks Like
This is a combination of administrative support, executive support, office operations, field assignments, special projects, and social media coordination.
You may be responsible for:
- Scheduling and confirming meetings
- Follow up on previous tasks or contacts
- Tie lose ends
- Organizing calendars and appointments
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Creating brochures, packets, spreadsheets, and documents
- Making copies, scanning paperwork, and organizing files
- Researching information for the CEO and executive team
- Taking meeting notes and following up on action items
- Tracking assignments until completion
- Delivering paperwork to customers
- Getting customer signatures
- Picking up titles, checks, documents, supplies, and vehicle parts
- Assisting with customer deliveries
- Picking up dealership drivers
- Making post office, vendor, registry, and business-related runs
- Supporting bank runs after trust has been established
- Helping prepare materials for transactions, lenders, investors, and business meetings
- Supporting office projects and time-sensitive assignments
- Scheduling content shoots
- Capturing basic photos and video
- Organizing and transferring content assets
- Coordinating with the marketing and editing teams
- Confirming content is produced and published
- Monitoring engagement and routing leads or important messages
- Helping make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Some assignments will feel important and exciting.
Some will be basic, repetitive, or inconvenient.

Social Media Is Part of the Job, Not the Entire Job
This is not a standalone social media manager position.
Social media management is one important area of responsibility within a broader administrative and operational role. We have a creative and marketing teams, you will be assisting in creating the content
You will help make sure:
- Content shoots are scheduled
- The right content is captured
- Footage and assets reach the marketing team
- Editing and production remain on schedule
- Approved content is published
- Comments and direct messages are monitored
- Engagement receives appropriate follow-up
- Leads and business opportunities are not overlooked
The marketing team will continue to own strategy, advanced editing, design, and production quality.
Your role is to help coordinate the process, capture content when needed, follow up, and make sure the work reaches completion.
