Job Overview

ECMS Express Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive with strong international logistics and freight forwarding experience, with a focus on air freight sales.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to sell time-sensitive global shipping solutions and can bring in new business. A key part of our offering is the ability to move shipments quickly through our warehouse (24–72 hours) as a strategic transit hub—not long-term storage—helping customers improve speed and efficiency in their supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business in international air freight (primary focus) and ocean freight (FCL/LCL)
• Identify and target importers, exporters, e-commerce companies, and manufacturers
• Sell end-to-end logistics solutions, including air, ocean, and warehousing
• Position ECMS’s warehouse as a fast-moving distribution hub
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Work with operations and pricing teams to deliver competitive solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or international logistics sales
• Strong background in air freight sales
• Knowledge of ocean freight (FCL/LCL) and multimodal logistics
• Proven track record in business development and closing deals
• Existing book of business is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $70,000 (depending on experience)
• Uncapped commission tied to gross profit performance
• Structured ramp-up period during the first 12 months
• On-target earnings of $120,000–$180,000 (once ramped)
