This position is a frontline technical resource for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment to achieve the site's business goals and objectives. In this role, you'll ensure the site and its personnel can do their jobs that depend on these machines without interruption.

What you'll need to succeed in this opportunity:
- A two (2) year technical degree or equivalent work experience
- 1 – 2 years experience in equipment maintenance that ensures possession of fundamental maintenance-related technical skills
- Demonstrated ability to resolve fundamental issues in limited production technologies
- Critical thinking skills
- A background in industrial mechanical and/or electrical manufacturing operations and maintenance, along with knowledge of process and packaging equipment.
What you'll do day to day:
- Respond with a sense of urgency to all calls for assistance from the lines
- Resolve equipment issues with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Perform line audits to identify and resolve deficiencies
- Perform work identified through assigned work orders.
- Partner with other department(s) and leaders to identify improvement opportunities and resolve issues
