Day & Zimmermann is seeking an experienced Field Engineering Manager to oversee all field engineering activities, ensure technical accuracy, compliance with project specifications, and timely resolution of construction-related challenges. This role requires a strong background in field engineering, problem-solving, and coordination between project teams, contractors, and stakeholders for capital and maintenance projects within a fossil and gas combined cycle power plant environment.

- Lead field engineering teams to support construction and commissioning activities.
- Provide technical solutions to field issues, ensuring compliance with design intent and industry standards.
- Review and approve field engineering changes, RFIs, and redlines.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and quality teams to address technical concerns.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and as-built records.
- Minimum 8 years of field engineering experience in industrial or power plant construction.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems in a field environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
