ECM Management is looking for a Senior Project Manager who can independently lead complex projects and command project meetings with both strength and respect.

Your Role
You know how to run a job. Not just track it – own it. You are the decision-driver in the room, not a notetaker. Independently lead projects from entitlement through construction, with full responsibility for schedule, budget, and outcomes.
This is a leadership role — internally and externally - that requires collaboration across internal teams, external consultants, public agencies, and local jurisdictions to deliver successful projects.
Immediate projects you’ll take over as Owner’s Rep Construction Manager:
· Victorville: 210k Ground-up. Under Construction. Dog Jerky Manufacturing Client
· City of Industry: 150k Tenant Improvement, Design Development/CM. Cat Food Manufacturing Client
· Montebello: Construction Mgmt. Four-story ground up self-storage.
You’ll also assist on our Shafter Entitlement. Owner's Rep. 730 acre/11.5 Million SF industrial campus.
What You’ll Do
- Lead construction meetings with authority, clarity, and professionalism
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget with minimal supervision
- Coordinate civil engineers, architects, contractors, and public agencies
- Oversee underground infrastructure, utilities, and site development
- Review and negotiate contractor proposals, change orders, and contracts
- Prepare city applications, track approvals, and coordinate submissions
- Read, edit, and QA/QC engineering and architectural plans
- Create, polish, and troubleshoot Excel spreadsheets (formulas, formatting, data tracking)
- Keep action items, deadlines, and follow-ups moving forward

- 7 years of real estate development, architecture, engineering, or construction project management experience, with a focus on commercial, industrial
- Microsoft 365 expert (8/10 or better): Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and especially Excel (formulas, formatting, structure)
- Hyper organized — the type who can’t rest until every detail is accounted for
- Excellent communicator — clear, concise, and professional with everyone from city staff to executives
- Calm under pressure, proactive, and resourceful when faced with shifting priorities
- A natural problem solver who loves creating order from complexity
