Job Summary

EMCOR Construction Services (ECS) Finance and Accounting internship will go beyond basic bookkeeping, focusing on strategic financial planning, corporate reporting, and data-driven decision-making. Interns bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world execution, working closely with senior leadership

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

You will be exposed to the following process, but not limited to

  • Financial Modeling & Forecasting
  • Management Reporting
  • Accounting & Month-End Support
  • Corporate Finance Projects
  • Process Improvement
  • Audit Preparation

What you will do will be influenced by the candidate’s background and self-initiative.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have a strong skill/background including:

  • Knowledgeable of the accounting requirements as they fit within a public company environment
  • Being an excellent communicator
  • Managing multiple tasks and functions effectively with minimum supervision
  • Being intellectually curious

Overall successful candidate must be a team player and step up to the plate to lead when needed.
