Duties and Responsibilities
- Open clients’ files and follow-up Import & Export
- Process a confirmed order; follow up with agent and update customer
- Airline booking
- Issuance of airwaybill
- Prealert to agent
- Supervise delivery of dangerous goods,Landing shipping and Live Animals to cargo shed and Ground 2 Air
- Update the system for a proper follow-up
- Deconsolidate cargo manifest via MACCS & Interface
- Prepare Cost Sheet and allocate costs for consolidation
- Prepare the Notice of Arrival, the Delivery Order and Invoices
- Prepare and follow-up any insurance claims
- Approve invoices from subcontractors
