Lead Java Developer

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Java Developer based in Charlotte, NC, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the Lead Java Developer will design, develop, and maintain software applications, with a focus on microservices architecture and the Spring Framework. Key responsibilities include leading software development projects, writing clean and efficient code using Java, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

• Expertise in Java, Programming, and Software Development
• Proficiency in designing and implementing Microservices architectures
• Hands-on experience with the Spring Framework for application development
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex systems
• Experience leading development teams and collaborating across departments
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in cloud-based environments is a plus (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
