Eclipse Window Tinting is a growing commercial and residential window film company specializing in solar, decorative, safety/security, and specialty films. We work on schools, offices, government buildings, homes, and commercial projects throughout the region.
We are looking for an organized, motivated, outgoing, and charismatic Office Manager to help keep operations running smoothly while creating a great experience for customers and clients.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and customer inquiries
- Schedule installations and coordinate crews
- Manage emails and follow up with customers and contractors
- Create estimates and invoices
- Manage incoming bid opportunities and project requests
- Assist with blueprint takeoffs and measurements
- Order film and materials from distributors
- Organize job folders, contracts, and project documentation
- Track awarded jobs and maintain schedules
- Help improve office systems and workflow
Qualifications
- Outgoing personality with strong people skills
- Professional and confident communication
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and office software
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- Experience with construction office work, estimating, or scheduling is a plus
- QuickBooks experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
Compensation
This position offers hourly pay plus commission opportunities based on performance and growth.
