Your Role

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting the doctor efficiently during procedures (general, restorative, surgical, etc.)
• Preparing and breaking down operatories with precision and speed
• Maintaining strict sterilization and infection control protocols
• Taking high-quality radiographs and intraoral images
• Anticipating doctor needs before being asked
• Ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident
• Keeping operatories stocked, organized, and ready at all times
• Supporting clinical flow and schedule efficiency

You are a key driver of production, patient experience, and clinical excellence.
