Position Overview

Eclipse Security Professionals is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Canvasser to join our growing team.

This position is responsible for generating new business opportunities by conducting in-person outreach to

businesses and commercial properties throughout the assigned service area.

The Sales Canvasser will introduce prospective clients to our security services, build rapport with decision-makers,

and schedule appointments for the Sales Manager to conduct formal consultations and close new business

opportunities.

This is an ideal role for someone who is outgoing, confident, self-motivated, and comfortable speaking with business

owners and property managers face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door and in-person canvassing of businesses and commercial properties
• Introduce company services in a professional and positive manner
• Identify potential clients interested in patrol, standing guard, alarm response, or other security services
• Schedule qualified appointments for the Sales Manager
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and appointments set
• Follow assigned territories and daily canvassing goals
• Represent the company professionally at all times
• Communicate effectively with management regarding leads, client feedback, and market activity
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training as required

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with new people throughout the day
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
• Previous sales, canvassing, customer service, or marketing experience preferred but not required
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to walk and work outdoors for extended periods as needed

• Experience in security industry sales or business-to-business outreach
• Ability to build rapport quickly with business owners and managers
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
