Job Description:

As an Appointment Canvasser for Eclipse Remodeling, you’ll be the boots on the ground—identifying high-potential neighborhoods and introducing homeowners to our trusted exterior remodeling solutions. You’ll assess properties from the curb, engage directly with homeowners whose roofs show signs of wear or damage, and set qualified appointments for our expert sales team to follow up.

This role is ideal for outgoing, motivated individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, are comfortable working independently in the field, and take pride in helping homeowners protect their most valuable investment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scout neighborhoods with high volumes of aging or damaged roofs, siding, windows, doors, and gutters and assess curb-appeal conditions
• Knock on doors of targeted homes to introduce Eclipse Remodeling’s roofing services
• Build rapport with homeowners and clearly communicate the value of a roof inspection and consultation
• Schedule appointments for our sales team with interested and qualified homeowners
• Track canvassing activity and appointment metrics in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure appointments are successfully run and closed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High energy, resilience, and self-motivation
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to identify common exterior remodeling issues from the street
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Prior experience in sales, canvassing, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 50 per week
