What are the responsibilities and job description for the Narrow-Aisle Reach Forklift Specialist position at Eclipse Professional Service?
Picture your shift beginning with a quick inspection of your reach truck and a scan of your WMS task queue. You tidy and organize your zone with daily 5S, then head to the inbound area to put away new stock. As orders flow, you replenish pick locations so selectors never run dry, perform cycle counts to keep inventory accurate, and move between the dock for truck loading and unloading. Throughout the day, you prep pallets to standard work, hit targeted productivity rates, and flag any barriers to your lead or supervisor. When the team gets busy, you also jump in to help with order picking.
