IT Service Delivery Manager / Senior Systems & Network Engineer

Eclipse Integrated Systems is seeking an experienced technical leader to manage a five-person help desk consisting of both in-office and remote team members. Our help desk provides all client support remotely, serving independent schools and businesses across multiple locations.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can independently manage daily operations, resolve complex technical issues, and keep multiple projects moving. You’ll work directly with company leadership and help shape how we deliver support, develop our team, and improve our processes.

What You’ll Own

• Lead and coordinate in-office and remote technicians, setting clear priorities, responsibilities, and expectations.
• Manage the daily ticket queue, escalations, scheduling, and coverage to deliver responsive, consistent remote support.
• Serve as the Level 3 escalation point for networking, systems, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
• Manage simultaneous client projects, coordinating resources, timelines, vendors, documentation, and communication.
• Identify recurring problems and implement improvements to processes, procedures, and technical standards.
• Coach technicians, strengthen troubleshooting skills, and hold the team accountable for accurate work, documentation, and follow-through.
• Keep clients informed and take ownership of issues through resolution.

What You Bring

• At least five years of progressive IT experience, including senior technical responsibilities and demonstrated team leadership, preferably within an MSP.
• Strong networking expertise, including firewalls, switches, VLANs, routing, VPNs, wireless networks, DNS, and DHCP.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure, virtualization, backup and recovery, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Experience with Azure and AWS infrastructure and supporting multiple client environments.
• Proven ability to manage a distributed team and maintain accountability across in-office and remote staff.
• Excellent organization and the ability to balance urgent support needs with ongoing projects.
• Sound judgment, independent decision-making, and the ability to bring practical recommendations alongside problems.
• A track record of taking ownership and delivering results without constant direction.

Experience with ConnectWise Manage, N-able RMM, IT Glue, Jamf, Google Workspace, and Windows/Mac environments is especially valuable. Experience supporting schools is a plus.
