Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks that support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking a 2nd person on our 2 man crews, helper position with potential to grow into a lead role.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly and installation of appliances according to instructions, manuals and specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients, addressing their needs and concerns professionally.
- Support delivery drivers in transporting goods, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Collaborate with field service technicians to troubleshoot issues and perform necessary repairs on-site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with schematics and basic appliance install techniques is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience as a delivery driver or in field service roles is advantageous.
- Ability to work well within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Must be physically capable of performing manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects as needed.
- A valid driver's license is preferred for roles involving delivery responsibilities.
- Must pass background and drug screen test
