Eclipse Advantage is seeking a dynamic Onsite Recruiter for a short term contract to January 18th 2026 managing day-to-day human resources at our warehouse distribution center in Forrest Park, Georgia.
What You'll Do:
As the On-Site HR Manager, you'll be responsible for utilizing various recruiting channels to source and hire qualified candidates for warehouse labor positions.
Eclipse Advantage provides high-quality managed on-site services to distribution centers. The organization focuses on dock management services, including inbound receiving, cross-docking, pallet management, and janitorial services.
Please note that this is a short term project assignment, ending on January 18th 2026.
Shifts are 8am to 7pm five days a week, with some weekend days required between 8.30am to 5pm.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain a report of open positions including shifts, schedules, time open, fill date, start date for site positions
- Daily communication and reporting on recruiting and new hire onboarding progress
- Organize and host job fairs
- Utilize company provided Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate tracking and employee onboarding
- Complete pre-screen interviews with potential applicants via telephone, to measure quality of applicant
- Schedule in-person interviews with qualified applicants
- Process employee onboarding and assist in conducting new hire orientations
Position Requirements:
- 2-3 years of heavy recruiting experience in fast paced environment
- 1 year HR administrative support experience (i.e. recruiting support, employee onboarding, compliance)
- Demonstrated strong communications skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Reliability and dependability
- Ability to shift from one task to another seamlessly
- Ability to learn quickly and multi-task.
- Ability to prioritize activities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated basic Microsoft Office Suite skills required (Outlook and Excel.
- Experience and proficiency in utilizing ATS and/or HRIS system; Bullhorn and/or UKG preferred
