Now Hiring:
The Forklift Operator responsibilities include safely operating forklifts and ride-along hydraulic palletizers to move, load, and unload produce, packaging, and other materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strict adherence to safety, HACCP, and GMP guidelines while supporting daily warehouse and production operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively in both warm and cooled environments as part of a collaborative team.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $15.00 per hour

Shift: 
Second Shift: Monday to Saturday, 4:30 PM – until production is complete

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Operate forklifts (Levels I–III) and ride-along hydraulic palletizers safely and efficiently
-Load, unload, and transport materials between storage areas, production lines, and loading docks
-Read and interpret loading manifests for order picking and shipment accuracy
-Follow HACCP, GMP, and workplace safety procedures at all times
-Wear proper PPE and maintain professional radio communication etiquette
-Report equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, or safety concerns promptly
-Support team operations and follow supervisor instructions
-Maintain food safety standards and complete additional job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
-Forklift driver’s license or ability to obtain certification
-Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred, especially in the food industry
-Ability to work in cold storage environments (approximately 34°F) and wet conditions
-Strong attention to detail, safety, punctuality, and reliability
-Ability to work flexible shifts, including 8- or 10-hour schedules
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
-Physical ability to lift, move, and transport materials safely throughout the shift

Bonus Eligibility:
