This role will work closely with cross-functional teams—including business units, technology teams, and data platform owners. You will play a critical role in accelerating the delivery of transformation outcomes through well-governed and fit-for-purpose activities.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand business requirements, workflows, and pain points
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and automation strategies
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Python, SQL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
- Partner with transformation program teams to understand business objectives and identify order-related automation needs amongst other functional areas (e.g., customer, product, finance, supplier, inventory, employee, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
- Solid understanding of technology ecosystems (APIs, databases, system integrations, etc.)
- Experience in process automation (e.g., scripting, RPA, workflow automation tools)
- Ability to gather and interpret client requirements effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in similar roles with cross-functional collaboration
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Airflow, Selenium, UiPath, etc.)
- Exposure to data processing, ETL pipelines, or analytics workflows
- Prior experience in a client-facing or consulting role
- Understanding of data architecture concepts
