Custodian

Job Description

eClerx is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment at our Fayetteville location. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate reliability, and be able to complete daily cleaning responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, conference rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, including door handles, countertops, and tables.
• Restock restroom supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances, hallways, and other designated areas.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and supply shortages to management.
• Properly use and store cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow all company safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
• Complete additional cleaning assignments as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift.
• Willingness to follow company security and confidentiality requirements.
