Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including shift management and staff supervision
- Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Control inventory levels, monitor stock supplies, and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment
- Train and develop staff on food handling, customer service, and operational procedures
- Supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth workflow during service hours
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Support budgeting efforts and assist with cost control measures
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
- Assist in planning catering events or banquet services when required
- Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that promotes teamwork and hospitality excellence
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service, casual dining, or fine dining environments
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices
